Junior B Camogie Monday 25th October 2004 County League Final Rapps V Bunclody The Junior B's did the double on Monday by beating Bunclody in the League Final, what a night of celebrations!         Saturday 25th September 2004 County Final Rapps 2-3 Taghmon 1-3 A fine victory for the Junior B camogie team who now have the chance to create history with a Championship and League double!     Wednesday 11th August County Semi-final  Rapps 2-8  Gorey 2-5 The Junior B Camogie team are now in 2 finals, Championship and League, a great achievement I'm sure you will agree.     Sunday 25th July 7pm Rapps V Cloughbawn   Junior B match at home on Sunday 25th has been cancelled, Cloughbawn have given us a walkover.   The Junior B's are now in the league final against Bunclody     Sunday 11th July 7pm Rapps V Taghmon The Junior B's had another good win, but unfortunately for Taghmon they could only field 13 players and boy did they put it up to us.  The final score was Rapps 6 - 8 ---  Taghmon/Camross  0 – 2.   The Rapps scorers were Aoife Newe 2-1, Yvonne Murphy 2-1 (Molly Dwyer), Alisha O'Brien 2-1, Aideen Doyle 0-2, Tracy Breen 0-1, Charlene Murphy 0-1, Sara Nolan 0-1.     Saturday 26 June Bunclody 3-5  Rapps 4-3 The Junior B camogie team went through their toughest match so far this year against Bunclody on Saturday.  It was an excellent match with both teams hurling well throughout.  In the end, the Rapps ran out winners by a point, 4-3 to 3-5 but it has certainly given us a wake up call.   Junior B Camogie Monday 14th June Rapps 6-11  -  Gorey 0-0 The Junior B camogie team were away to Gorey Monday 14th June at 7.30pm.  This team keep going from strength to strength with each game they play, yet again another win for them.  Well done girls!!   The final score was Rapps 6-11  -  Gorey 0-0. The scorers were:-Aideen Doyle1-1, Aoife Newe 1-5, Yvonne Murphy (Molly Dwyer)3-1, Sara Nolan 1-1, Charlene Murphy 0-1, Niamh Buckley 0-1, Carol Redmond 0-1. This was a wonderful display of team work from start to finish.         Friday 4th June Rapparees  8-11  Rosslare 1-1 Our Junior B's were at home to Rosslare on Friday 4th June at 7pm. They had yet again another fantastic win.   Sunday 2 May 2004 Rapps 4-3  -- Glynn/Barntown 0-5. The Junior B Camogie team were away to Glynn/Barntown on Sunday last.  Again they had a great win.     Rapps 7-8 Kilrush 0-0 The Juniors had another great win against Kilrush on Bank Holiday Monday.  They must be aiming at the Junior championship this year. Ferns 1-1  Rapps 4-4 Our Junior B camogie team played Ferns away and beat them by 3 goals and 3 points - 4-4 to 1-1.  There was an excellent turn out from players, 21 in total with 5 missing on the day, not bad for the first game of the season.  The scorers were Bridget Carley 1-1, Aideen Doyle 1-1, Yvonne Murphy (nee Dwyer or better known as Mollie Dwyer) 1-0, Alisha O'Brien 1-1 and Sara Nolan 0-1 who was carried off the pitch due to an injury to her ankle 20 minitues into the first half.   Welcome back to the Dwyer sisters Mollie & Liz sisters of the late Hutchie Dwyer. An outstanding team performance on the day.  Michelle Doyle (nee O'Toole) better known to the players as MITCH was nominated as team Captain for the season and why not, she has to be 1 of the best goalkeepers in the county and so say all of us.
