Senior Hurling Championship B Final

It was a disappointing end to the season as we fell to a defeat by the Harriers in the B final yesterday in Wexford Park.

The final score was 2-15 to 0-15.

Sarah Conroy & Choppers Cullen Cups

Well done to all involved in today's Sarah Conroy and Choppers Cullen under 8 football tournaments, players, mentors and parents.

Our lads made the final but were beaten by Naomh Eanna who claimed the Sarah Conroy Cup while Davidstown won the Choppers Cullen Cup.

U10 Duffry Tournament Oct 3

Unfortunately, our U/10s also suffered defeat in the Duffry Rovers Tournament being beaten by a single point by the Duffry in the final but doing remarkably well winning all their games to get there.

Look out for our own Sarah Conroy/Tim Choppers Cullen U/8 Football Tournament coming up in the next couple of weeks and the Martin Doyle U/10 Hurling Tournament which will be played over the Bank Holiday weekend culminating in a Halloween Party for all our U/8s, U/10s and U/12s.

Intermediate Camogie relegation final v St Martins

The intermediate camogie team that had been doing so well in recent years seems to have lost their focus this year and paid the price by dropping back to Junior on Saturday. Teams that don't put in the training can't expect to play at a high level so it's two steps forward, one step back for this panel who hopefully will return to winning ways next year.
