Faythe Harriers 4-12  Rapparees 3-16

On Monday evening last our Senior hurlers played the Faythe Harriers in the All County League in Pairc Garman and after an entertaining game came out eventual winners by the narrowest of margins - Rapps 3-16 Harriers 4-12. Good open hurling with some nicely taken scores on both sides.

  Rapparees 2-4 Ferns 2-8

It was back to the League fixtures for our Senior hurlers who took on Ferns in Ferns on Saturday evening in horrendous weather conditions with a gale force wind assisting and arresting both teams in each half with Ferns coming out the better of the encounter at the full time whistle 2-8 to 2-4. It was far from good hurling but in fairness there were better evenings in November it would have to be said.
