This week our Minor hurlers were beaten by Cloughbawn in the semi final in an excellent encounter that went to extra time. Both sides had their chances to win this in normal time but Cloughbawn finished the stronger in the added on, however great credit is due to the Rapparees team and their mentors who battled bravely throughout and gave some very fine displays of hurling - it augurs well for next year as this is a young team with only 3 going forward to adult level.
