Following a very hard fought and competitive game our Junior B hurlers were defeated by Duffry Rovers in the Championship in Bellefield on Friday evening last – 4.10 to 4.12. A valiant effort lads and heartening to see such a good turnout for selection.

The Junior B`s provided the entertainment this week and they beat Monageer 3.10 to 2.9 in Monageer in the Championship on Friday evening last.

Our Junior B`s had a good win over Ferns at home on Saturday afternoon beating them 2.12 to 2.4 despite starting with 13 once again.

Lovely to see Tony Boland back to good striking form and the legendary Padraig Doyle lining out again for his club in his 51^st year – and hurling alongside young guns like Mark Kenny, Alan Tobin and Lee Treacy who weren’t even born when he won his first medal.
