The Club Wexford Winter League final between Buffers/Alley and Ferns was held at Bellefield last Saturday night under lights with Buffers Alley taking the honours and being presented with the handsome winners heque for €1000 by Chairman Tom Doyle and Ben Bernie.

Askamore beat the Geraldines in the Intermediate semi final in Patricks Park. Next weeks fixtures at Patricks Park Davidstown will play the Geraldines at 8pm and at Bellefield the Shelmaliers take on the Rapparees in the Shield Final at 6pm on Saturday 3rd with Duffry Rovers playing Askamore in the Intermediate final at 7.15pm. The Tournament is being sponsored by Creane & Creane, Enniscorthy There will be a Presentation of cheques to the winners at Bellefield at 9pm and refreshments will be served to all participating teams.
