The GAA fraternity are showing their tremendous loyalty by coming together to help the McDonald family in their time of need. As everyone remembers the McDonald family lost their home and all their possessions just a few days before Christmas last year. A charity match has been arranged with all proceeds being donated to the McDonald Fire Fund.
The game is a Senior Hurling Challenge between All Ireland Champions Kilkenny and the Wexford team. Venue: Oulart GAA Pitch Date: Wednesday 3rd March Time: 7.30pm Including U-10 exhibition at half time Ticket price: €10 U-16’s free Anybody who buys a ticket will be entered into two draws, one for a signed Kilkenny jersey and one for a signed Wexford jersey. All GAA clubs in Wexford have been asked to sell 30 tickets for this worthy cause. The tickets will be posted to you today. A follow up phone call will be made to each club secretary by one of the fund raising committee in the days leading up to the game.
